Story time... Bryce took 5 weeks to propose to me -- each week doing something super creative and cute -- and on the 5th week he finally popped the bling. We found these pics the other day and I REALLY need to write down exactly what happened b/c there are details I'm already forgetting!!
Anyway, so here is what I got one week. Bryce made these chocolates and then - using a toothpick and melted chocolate - wrote a letter on top of each chocolate so that when I had unscrambled them correctly it spelled out, "You are awesome." But he couldn't just give me the box, oh no. That would be far too ordinary! Instead, he arranged ahead of time to have one of my graduate professors give me the box of chocolates in the middle of class. Our class happened to be on a fieldtrip this day and so in the middle of the field trip, he (my prof) randomly starts going on and on about some lucky person in the class who was getting chocolates, etc. etc. (this prof was pretty eccentric) and then hands the box to... ME! To say I was surprised is quite an understatement. :) Of course then everyone had to know who the guy was and all the details and they were all very excited when we got engaged a few weeks later.
So here are the goods:

Ahhh, my cute little Bryce.* For sure the most creative guy on the block! These pics are taking me down memory lane... (*ps - my brother-in-law says that anything my sisters and I really REALLY love gets called "cute & little" - and in that order. For my husband, that is most definitely true. :) )
Happy Valentine's Day to all you lovebirds out there!
I believe this was taken about a week before we got engaged...
This pic absolutely cracks me up. I think it was taken the day after we got engaged. Bryce's co-worker was so excited about us being engaged that she insisted on taking pics of us and was posing us in these hilarious cheesy poses. This one is truly classic. Notice the Harvard umbrella in the background?? I think it was there to try to hide the fact that we were at work or something... Too hysterical. :)

And this, ladies and gentleman, is why I love Bryce... always looking for someone to rescue. :)
Ok, the end. Good night!

I still can't get over how much work went into your proposal! Much different than mine where Korby decided 3 hours prior to popping the question! But the end result is the same~ love, sweet, love! Happy V-day!
Yeah! Another post! I really have been waiting for another one from you guys! Very cute...he's set himself a standard he's got to live up to now! (weird to think of my brothers as romantic, though)
That WAS 5 weeks of fun!!
Let's see how long he can keep that kind of romancing up!

He's got great motivation (you, LisaM aka dil)
