I really should be in bed right now since Travis is asleep, but I just had to post this b/c it is TOO hilarious. So, Bryce and I had to renew our licenses and made our trip to the DMV today. Now owners of UT licenses. Still figuring out how we feel about that, but anyway...
So the reason I'm here blogging is to share two of the most hilarious quotes I pulled straight from the Utah Drivers Handbook.
"Don't let getting onto the freeway be a battle to the death."
Okay. Noted.
and my very favorite...
"Common courtesy is not a painful experience."
Thanks, Utah Drivers Handbook, for reminding us of these two very important points! There were others, but I didn't mark them when I saw them and really didn't feel like paging through the handbook to find them again... So these little gems are the ones you get to enjoy. :) I'm kinda thinking I'll have a bumper sticker made with the 2nd quote. Love it. Good night!
ps - I just can't leave without posting a pic... We had SUCH a good time this weekend celebrating Bryce and Cris' birthday. Soooo many pics to post, but it will take longer than I have time to give it right now, so you'll just get to see one. I did learn this from the party - when Bryce and Cris want to look like the other one... they CAN. Kinda trippy. Esp when you're married to one of them! :)

now that IS wierd! lol. Your son AND sophie are just too cute. And I love the pole holding up the ac unit, classic Provo. hee hee. That's so funny about the utah handbook, NC's book talks all about being safe and courteous, and not so much about how you actually DRIVE. interesting!
I've driven in UT before.
Thanks for starting the flow of pictures!!
It can be tough telling those two apart, especially when they want to behave alike!!
So did Soph run for Dad or Uncle Cwis?
oops, blew up the picture. Dad was probably pleased.
YOU HAVE A NEW POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, now that I got that out of my system...
The quotes are hilarious, but I think you should make a bumper sticker out of the first one. Or at least a sign to put in your window for the other drivers to read when you are getting on the freeway.
How I love that pic of Soph putting her running bib on her litte tummy! Definitely foreshadowing the future.
I had to remind myself when looking at the pic of Cris and Bryce running that Cris was actually the one with the belt on and Bryce was the one in the t-shirt. How in the world did you get a pic with them doing synchronized running?
