So we are back in the 21st century and very happy about it. Have much to blog about, but it's getting late, this preggo bod is tired and so we'll leave you with some pics from our weekend hike in the Rocky Mountain National Forest. We hiked out to a lake called Dream Lake (such a great name for a lake, I think!) which was up quite a distance = it involved a lot of snow. Seems to be the story of our time in CO so far. Anyway, we all enjoyed it. And here are a couple pics to prove it.

Oh Happy DAY!!
Today is a happy day. And that is because we have internet! I feel re-connected to the rest of the world again!! Insert sigh of happiness here. Bryce and I were almost literally skipping around the house when he finished installing it. Yip skip! Anyway, it is just so lovely to be able to check my email, the weather, all your blogs, and those 87 million other things that I'd usually do on the internet. I am sure all our family members are relieved to hear this news, as well -- it means we'll stop calling to ask them to look up the nearest Auto Zone, to search for a couch on craigslist, or to tell me what a suitable substitute is for white lithium grease, etc. (thanks everyone, by the way, for doing that for us!).

Au revoir, fair blog readers -- until we meet again...!

Yea~ you're back! Isn't it crazy how reliant we have become on the internet?! I love Sophie's shirt~ it does look a little strange to see tee shirts and shorts while hiking in the snow! Hopefully it starts to warm up soon.
Bryce, you're going to have to do some better packing of that fanny pack. I think I can just see the corner of a kitchen sink.
