... it is SO EASY for this little person to fall asleep at 3 or 4-ish pm on any given day......but then after I've done a song and dance routine to keep her awake she is STILL AWAKE and going strong at 8:30, 9:30 and very often even 10:30pm????
And then up at 6am the next morning??????

I guess some kids are like that. Marks parents tell many a stories about night. They called him the Night Killer. We just keep our kids in their room/bed and they have to stay in bed until they are asleep. Sometimes (not usually though) its almost 11 before they are asleep.
Answer: Because she's too cute to deprive the world of her presence by sleeping.
In an unrelated matter, can soph come over and play with me? Clara left a lot of toys she'd probably like, and I miss my sophinator.
Maybe she needs a new song and a new dance routine from you? Have you tried a "song and clog" routine?--tim-tim-a-rooney

Ah, that's the family genes. Some of us are night owls. Can't stay awake during the day, but even after forcing myself to stay up, we're roaring to go once evening sets in!
