That is of course until this week. She's been getting really good at just standing on her own. So she was just standing unassisted in the middle of the living room with Aunt Laree and I, and then just decided to go for a stroll. She was at it all night - check out the video!
Now just for kicks and giggles - Sophie has her first go at seafood (i.e. starfish finger puppet).

Wahoo!! Life is great when they start walking -- I was in heaven when Nikolai started walking. The less weight to carry the better. Congrats!!
Our oldest first walked to Betsy - on Mother's Day! She found a ball at the church and he walked toward her to get it. He had been just content to stand for quite a while - holding out on us, I guess. By the way, Sophie is a CUTIE!!!
Wow, what a talented little walker!! She is soo adorable. Welcome to the fast-moving, I won't sit still in church for 30 seconds anymore stage of parenting.. congrats! :)
Andrew just started walking this week, too! Love the seafood picture..
Since Laree already walks we just don't have anything quite as exciting to do in the evenings. We sure had a such a terrific time and already miss you all.
